Sprouts Extraordinaire was founded in 1990. Emphasizing quality, food safety, and superior customer service, we quickly established our product in local supermarkets.

As our reputation grew, our customers grew to include food distributors and local restaurants.

All of our products are grown hydroponically, and without any chemical fertilization. Our hydroponic techniques exclude all soils to enhance product safety and taste. Hydroponics also saves water; it uses as little as 1/20 the amount as a regular farm to produce the same amount of food.

Our suppliers are leaders in the industry, and they have long standing supply agreements to ensure that our seed is sourced from the best locations / producers on the planet. Our growing processes create a tightly controlled environment in terms of temperature, humidity, and light to create optimal growing conditions for each product. We harvest product by hand five – six days per week to ensure product freshness. Our harvesting and storage processes are also tightly controlled to ensure the product is safe and ready for delivery in optimal conditions. Finally, our products are not shipped until we receive third party verification that our products are safe. These steps enable us to maintain exceptional product consistency and quality.
